New horizons for complete surface decoration

To date, decorating entire container sides has only been possible with cardboard wraps, shrink sleeves or IML labels. A rather large, white edge could always be seen on printed, stackable pots. GIZEH has been providing customers with sophisticated and high-quality decoration in the offset printing sector for years. Yet now, the latest development in GIZEH’s offset printing process has opened up new possibilities to our customers: a printed GIZEH pot can now compete with Pappmantel und Co. also in terms of visual appearance.

An example of this latest development can be seen on the 500 ml pots for “Mona” by Campina. By employing sophisticated technology, the sides of the pot are almost fully covered in print (from top to bottom). There are no more pesky white borders on the top or bottom as the stacking segment is now part of the printing surface.

GIZEH has also broken new ground when it comes to the production process: pot material comes in a velvety-soft feel with a high-quality matt look. This mix of materials lends a natural impression, is easy to get hold of and feels like paper!

The overall result is an economic solution which comes out on top in comparison to other processes. We would be happy to give you more information on these new possibilities and send you a sample container.
