For many years, training has been an important part of GIZEH's corporate philosophy in order to train qualified and motivated specialists who will ensure the long-term success of the internationally positioned GIZEH Group.
Over the coming months and years, they will not only put their skills to test, but also gain a comprehensive insight into the many facets and areas of our company. From day-to-day work to exciting individual projects, they will always be supported by our experienced and qualified trainers.
We offer a total of 12 different training programs in the industrial and commercial fields, so there is something to suit the skills of every individual. A training workshop is available for individual practice in the industrial apprenticeships. In addition, there are internal factory lessons and exam preparation courses as well as English lessons for every trainee.
Interns and working students also regularly have the opportunity to gain an insight into the world of work at GIZEH. It is not uncommon for interns to start an apprenticeship at GIZEH after their internship, giving them the chance to recommend themselves for an apprenticeship.
Due GIZEH's commitment to training, once again we are recognized this year by the Cologne IHK for our outstanding achievements in the training, which once again underlines our course and focus on investing in the training of young talent.
